Fiona Smith

RTT, ITEC, CThA

fiona.jpgFiona is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (she trained with Yoga Arts) and is also a Traditional Thai Massage therapist and teacher. Having worked in educational publishing in Spain for 9 years, in 2000 she began her current journey in massage (she incorporates ayurvedic massage, craniosacral and reiki in her work), yoga and meditation.

She loves working with every person as unique and finding the best way to help unlock the body and move towards health. From 2002-2007 she ran her own massage clinic and taught yoga on the island of Mykonos in Greece and for the past year has worked with JivaHealing on their detox retreats in Asia and Europe. She moved back to the UK at the end of 2007 to study Natural Nutrition and now works as a therapist and yoga teacher in Bristol and is also doing some publishing work again. She has always had a love of the outdoors - skiing, hiking and kayaking in particular - and if there’s tasty, healthy food involved too she’s even happier!
