New this year we have finally set-up Surfing and yoga weekends in the UK. Allow the yoga practice on the weekend to enhance your balance, concentration and flexibility to help you get up and stay up on your surf board. Stretch your body in ways you forgot you could to make yourself more aware of your body and what it is capable of when trying to harness enough power to get out back in the waves. We at AdventureYogi know what to do to enhance performance, prevent injury and leave you feeling calmer, more relaxed and more focused on your favourite sport. The yoga will benefit your body and your mind and you will go home hooked on yoga and surfing!
Location
The venue for launching Surfyogi in the UK is perfect in every way. A stone’s throw from its own private beach it also has the Estuary nearby. There is also windsurfing/ sailing/ kitesurfing/waterskiing and even coasterring & rock climbing. With surfing as well there is something for everyone! The retreat centre is also very close to the quintessential fishing village of Port Issac. It is a beautiful place, with steep cobbled streets lined with whitewashed cottages and art galleries galore.
Open the door to your luxury coastal retreat where not a single feature scrimps on comfort. Hunker down amongst divine creature comforts and make yourself at home in your private seaside accommodation. Crackling log fires beg you to kickback in plump sofas and the country kitchen urges you to indulge your culinary flair. Pop the cork on a bottle of wine and cook-up some fresh local produce, sink into the bath, or relax on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea. However you choose to unwind, a holiday at Caradoc is simply bliss.

Accommodation
You can either choose to stay in the comfort of the converted farmhouse. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have stunning views. Caradoc (the main house) sleeps up to 8 (4 up and 4 down) in 4 double/twin rooms, each with their own bathroom (zip-link beds give you the flexibility of king-size doubles or large single beds). Couples can bag the privacy of the upstairs suite with its super-king-size bed, open kitchen and drawing room with a log burning fire. Julian’s House sleeps four in one double and one twin that share a bathroom.
The Eco Pods aka “Posh Camping”
New to Tregardock this year is the addition of three Pods; these are like micro lodges for the camper that loves the outdoors, but without the tent. And offer a cheaper alternative. Sympathetically designed to fit in with the countryside these structures are attractively finished and very cosy with curved wooden walls insulated with sheep’s wool. There are two sizes of Pod available; one family size that will accommodate two adults and three children and two standard sized pods that will accommodate two adults and one small child. The environment the ‘Pods are situated make the most of the beautiful surroundings and stunning views this part of North Cornwall has to offer. Try lounging in a giant bean bag upon the pod decking and gazing up at the starry skies with the sound of the sea beating against the rocks
