Vitality Food

We love healthy eating and believe that a healthy body creates a healthy mind. We do this responsibly by buying locally and organic where possible. The food is vegetarian/vegan because we believe this is the best kind of food to enhance your yoga practice but if you can’t live without a bit of meat – then there is always lunchtime fondues up the mountain!

You are what you eat.

AdventureYogi team mamaThis is a fact, not just what Gillian Mckeith has managed to make her millions over. We, the western population of the world, need educating on this. We have forgotten what vegetables look like, where they come from, when they grow and what they really taste like after they have been fattened and fed all sorts of chemicals to look better and last longer.

We are calling our food vitality foods for just that reason; as the energy that it gives your body, will power it to its optimum, leaving you feeling vital again. You will find that the food we make reflects what is good for optimising your practice of yoga, whilst keeping your energy levels high for your action packed holiday. Seasonal, organic, local, you won’t be disappointed and you will go home feeling more alive than ever before, ready for anything. All food is inspired by a mixture of Yogic Principles of diet, with an Eastern & Mediterranean flair…..

Daily we offer filling brunches to satisfy the hungry yogi after the morning yoga class & to set you up for the day’s activities, be it on the slopes or in the surf. Plenty of fruit, fresh juices, homemade granola, eggs & freshly made bread and pancakes. On returning from the slopes you will be welcomed with delicious home cooked cakes & healthy snacks to power you though the evening yoga class.

Gourmet three course vegetarian dinners are served six nights out of the seven, with fine local wines to revive the body & feed the soul after a busy day of action. The cook has a night off on Wednesday, when you have the chance to go to one of the local restaurants.
