Daily Food includes

Filling brunches to satisfy the hungry yogi after the morning yoga class & to set you up for the day’s activities, whether it be on the mountain or riding the waves. Plenty of fruit, fresh juices, homemade granola, eggs & freshly made bread and pancakes.
Delicious home cooked cakes & healthy snacks to welcome you back home and to power you though the evening yoga class.

Gourmet three course vegetarian dinners with fine local wines to revive the body & feed the soul after a busy day of action.
