Thanks very much for a very enjoyable week. I really enjoyed myself, and all my prior concerns about doing yoga and eating healthy food, were quite unfounded. As I may have mentioned, my girlfriend was quite gutted when she learnt what it involved (although there was nothing she could do), and would certainly be keen to join on a future occasion. I don’t know… what is it with women and healthy living?! Or perhaps it’s a case of ‘men and unhealthy living’? Probably…
