How much is it?

In the Barn: £395pp – 3 night stay & £675pp – 7 night stay (£395pp mon-fri 4 night deal, 1 night free!)

In the eco-pods: £325pp – 3 night stay & £575 – 7 night stay (£355 mon-fri 4 night deal)

If you wish to stay for 4 nights outside of the Monday – Friday deal it is an extra £95pppn in the farmhouse and £80pp in the pod.  (Eg. Friday – Tuesday would be £95pp or £80pp for the Monday night).

Price is based on two people sharing a room.

Single supplements are available for an extra 40% per person.

All bespoke treatments and activities are extra.

What is the start and finish time of the yoga surf retreat

Weekends: Start time is on the Friday from 4pm.  Please do not arrive before then as we will not be ready and you will have to find something else to do until 4pm.
Finish time: Monday 12pm

Mid Week: Start time is 12pm on Mondays and finishes at 11am on Fridays.

What is included in the price

Once you arrive on our surf yoga retreats you will have paid for most of the retreat.  Here is what is included:

* Brunch and 3 course evening meal

* 2 x 1.5 hour yoga classes per day

* Guided silent walk in the morning

* Half an hour holistic treatment of your choice

* Help organizing all activity bookings and then getting to the beach.

* Teas and snacks to re-fuel throughout the day

* Wonderful AdventureYogi team to look after your every need

What is NOT included in the price

* Travel to and from the venue.  If you come by train you have to pay for a taxi too.
* Any bespoke surf or other activities (coasteering, climbing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing).
* Extra holistic treatments other than the half an hour free massage.  It is £30 for an extra half an hour and £50 for 1 hour.

What is the daily schedule

8am – Silent meditation walk to the beach
8.30 – 10am – Morning yoga practice
10.15am – Brunch served
11am – 6pm - Time for surf or do another activity*, walk, have a treatment, lie on the beach!
6.30pm – 8pm – Evening yoga practice
8pm – Dinner

How to get there

Train options:

Catch the train to Bodmin Parkway and then it is about 30 minutes in a taxi and costs about £30.  We will try and group you together to keep the cost of the taxi down for you.

Recommended trains:

Friday-Monday: Out: 11.55am London Paddington arrives Bodmin Parkway 15.48pm.

Return: 12.09pm Bodmin Parkway arrives London Paddington 16.37pm

Monday-Friday (mid-week stay)Out: 12.06 London Paddington arrives Bodmin Parkway 15.48

Return: 11.19am Bodmin Parkway arrives London Paddington 15.24

The train takes about 4hrs 20 minutes and is direct.  If you aren’t coming from London try and time your trains for around these arrival times for taxi sharing.  We will organise your taxi’s if you come in on these train times otherwise we will give you a taxi number to arranges your own.

How much does surfing cost?

There are a number of surf packages depending on what level you are and how much you want to surf

Beginners/improvers

1 session: 2 hours: £26 for all equipment and surf instructor in a group lesson.

Weekend package: 3 sessions: 2 hours each: £59 for all equipment and surf instructor in a group lesson.

If you are staying for 1 week then go for the developers package: 10 hours of surf tuition spread over a time scale to suit you depending on waves and your energy levels!  £105 for 10 hours tuition and all the kit.

What to bring?

General

We provide yoga mats, straps and blocks but if you have your own essential yoga set up then please bring anything you might need, more blocks, bolster, eye bag for example.

* Warm blanket for yoga relaxation and general snugness

* Indoor slippers/shoes to keep feet warm.

* Spare towel for the beach to keep your provided towel for use in the farmhouse

* Waterproofs/walking boots (if you go walking…you never know the weather!)

* Swimming things.  Warm clothes for when you get out of the sea.

* A good book.

If staying in eco pods

If you are glamping it up with us in Cornwall, you may want to bring some of your own camping luxury items to make your stay as comfy as possible. electric lamps, a gas heater, hot water bottles and blankets in case of cold can be provided.  Linen is included.  Other things to bring are:

* Torch as the pods are away from the house so it can get very dark

*kettle if you wish to have tea at your weekend home

* extra bedding for ultimate comfort.

*hot water bottle (just in case)

*Slippers for the main house to relax in

If you are going surfing, please bring a beach towel with you and keep your towel provided by the property for use at the yoga retreat.
