And now for something more adventurous and luxurious…
Adventurous because we have discovered the perfect yoga retreat in the stunning black mountains with a multitude of activities on offer to you; and luxurious because it is a renovated from top to bottom Welsh farmhouse come mansion that only deserves 10 / 10.
Only three hours from London, for those of you who desire the height of luxury for your yoga retreats, this is the place to come and unwind and escape from the busyness of everyday life. Relax in the grand yet cosy living spaces or luxurious bedrooms on offer or explore the 50 acres of gardens and parkland surrounding the country house. With lots of yoga, delicious food, countryside walks in the spectacular surrounding scenery and on site treatments to soothe away the aches and pains of modern living, whether you’re after some active relaxation or indulging in a slower pace of life, then this is the yoga retreat you are looking for.
For those who work as hard as they play and want to experience a relaxing yoga retreat with some adventure too then this is the right yoga break for you. A stone’s throw from the Brecon Beacons National Park there are a multitude of walks or hikes on offer. Or for those who want even more activity, try kayaking, mountain biking, horse riding climbing and much more.
Situated in Wales, surrounded by the foot hills of the Black Mountains and located to the north of the Brecon Beacons National Park, you are spoilt with breathtaking scenery all around. Starting off life as a 17th century mill house it was extensively remodeled about 150 years ago which is why there are Georgian features to the house such as the large windows in an elegant painted and portioned facade. It has been recently renovated and now the current owners wish to share it with you. The gardens and parklands that surround the house are bordered on the south side by a river and made up of sweeping lawns and majestic historic trees.
The house sleeps 18 with a variety of room options from deluxe to standard, en-suite and shared bathrooms and even a beautiful four poster bed. Crisp white linen, deep down duvets, wonderfully comfortable beds, fresh flowers from the garden, log fires and piping hot water all make up the luxury and style of your yoga retreat at this stunning country house.
