About experienced yoga retreats
We have been running our Well-being yoga retreats for over five years now and due to the success of them, we want to offer our regular yogi’s a chance to progress and grow with us. So we are proud to be introducing you to our AdvancedYogi yoga retreats.
These yoga retreats are suitable for people who have been practicing yoga for at least two years. You don’t have to be ‘Miss bendy’ or ‘Mr pretzel’ but you will benefit from these yoga weekends if you have a regular practice or have been practicing yoga on and off and have a grasp of it. Our teachers on these yoga retreats are very experienced and will teach a higher level of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy and support you going deeper into your practice with their guidance.
On each retreat, you will all be given the chance to chat to the yoga teacher about what you would like to get out of the weekend, so that the teacher is fully aware of your needs. Over the retreat we will offer you space to explore your meditation practice and immerse yourself in the more ‘still’ side of yoga – both physically and mentally. The teacher will follow a theme for the retreat and there will also be a philosophy lecture/discussion on the Saturday evening after dinner. This will be based on the theme of the weekend retreat.
Allow yourself this total immersion time. It will be the best antidote to your busy and stressful life.
A Typical Day
Please note silence is to be observed from 8am – 1pm
8:00AM: Silent meditation walk in tranquil surrounding countryside
8:30-10 AM Morning yoga class
10 AM: Wholesome yogic breakfast
11AM-1PM: Your own time to reflect and treatment time (time for own meditation practice)
1:00-3.00 PM: Opening your heart workshop (Friday) Meditation & Tibetan singing bowls workshop (Saturday)
3.00 PM: Healthy afternoon savory snack
4.00-6:00PM: More treatments or free time
6:00 – 7:30PM Evening yoga and meditation class
7:30 PM: Healthy vegetarian supper.
9.00 PM: Yoga nidra/meditation
Sunday morning structure is the same but after brunch it’s time to go home

Advanced yoga retreats with AdventureYogi are either 2 nights stay or 3 nights stay. Each retreat page will state what the yoga weekend is.
AdvencedYogi yoga weekends are a little bit more to reflect the quality of our yoga teachers tuition, wealth of knowledge and years of experience.
Price per person is based on two people sharing a room and depends on room type…
