How much is it?
All weekends run as a 3 night option
- 3 night price only £395pp
Price per person is based on two people sharing a room with some shared and some en-suite bathrooms. The Farm is cosy comfort for your yoga retreat and all rooms are of the same standard. 100% organic cotton linen and towels are provided. The space is very limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Optional extras
Cookery Workshops Join our experienced chef for a 2 hour cookery workshop with handouts for you to take away so you can enjoy cooking these delights at home. Prices range from £15 – £30 depending on ingredients.
If you would like to try cycling or horse riding we can arrange this however it is not included in the price.

8:00AM: Silent walk in tranquil surrounding countryside
8:30-10:30 AM Morning yoga and meditation class
10.30 AM: Brunch of detox juices and detoxing and yummy brunch
11:30-1:30PM: Massages and free time to read, explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
1:30-2.30 PM Guided hilltop walk
2:30 PM: Healthy afternoon savoury snack
3:00-5:00PM: Cooking workshop and more treatments to pamper yourself
5:00 – 7:00PM Evening yoga and meditation class
7:00 PM: Delicious detoxing vegetarian feast
9.00PM: Yoga nidra/meditation
What time does the retreat start and finish?
The retreat starts from 4pm onwards with the first yoga class at 6pm. The retreat finishes at 12pm on Monday.
How to get there
By Train:
There is a regular service from London Victoria to Lewes, running every 30 minutes. The nearest station is Berwick, approximately 6 miles from Hawthbush Farm. For train time information please call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 484950 or visit nationalrail
Recommended train times:
London Victoria – Berwick: They run every 47 minutes past the hour with a change at Lewes to Berwick. It takes 1 hr 30 minutes approximately. Book the 14.47 getting in at 16.20 and we can arrange taxi share.
Berwick – London Victoria: They run every 18 minutes past the hour with a change at Lewes. Book the 12.18pm and we can arrange taxi share.
If you book early (online) you can get them for as little as £10 return!
By Car
We are just outside Lewes and if you decide to book we will give you directions then.
Car share
To do our bit for the environment we encourage car share with guests. Once you have booked onto the retreat we ask those of you who are driving to offer a seat for someone who may have otherwise traveled by train. This alleviates our carbon footprint and makes it more fun for everyone!
What activities are on offer?
We are able to arrange any activity that you would like to partake in. We ask for information on your activity choice after booking your retreat with us. Have a look below to see what fun you could get up to.
Cookery workshop:
We offer as part of the cost a free cookery workshop with our expert chefs. In July and December, experience a raw foods workshop, how to bring this into your daily life in a managable way.
Biking and cycling:
The bikes can be delivered to the retreat (minimum of 2) Instruction and safety gear is provided. The bike company will recommend routes with maps for you to follow instructions and take it at your own pace. Or they offer Guided tours and training.
Walking:
We have a number of maps that have walking routes marked out so you can choose a short walk of 2 miles or a longer walk of 7 1/2 miles and take a packed lunch with you.
Horse Riding
Whether you are an experienced horse rider or you have never tried it before we have something for everyone. Enjoy trotting or galloping through private fields and bridal ways with stunning views of the beautiful Welsh countryside.
