Pop-upYogi Yoga and Supper Soiree’s London
More dates To be Confirmed
What is Pop-upYogi?
After running a yoga retreat, the hardest part of the weekend is saying goodbye to all of our new friends. We laugh together, cry together, stretch together and journey deeply together, then it’s all over! So we have come up with a solution, to spend 1 night every other month together in an urban “mini yoga retreat”. This is a chance to connect with the growing AY community of old faces, but it is also an opportunity for those of you who have never been on one of our yoga weekends to come and experience the yoga, the food, the ethos and the atmosphere of that which is AdventureYogi! Return home feeling stretched, energised and refreshed.
What’s included in the evening “mini yoga retreat”
The idea of the Pop-upYogi is to give you a taster of what you would experience on our yoga retreat weekends. Your yoga class is held by one of our yoga teachers, all of whom have over 4 years of teaching experience up to 15 years experience. After the class, the yoga room magically turns into a dining area, a relaxed atmosphere lit with candles and enjoy a 3 course AdventureYogi style supper. Depending on the season and month, there will be a theme for each soiree and the food will match the theme.
7.15pm – 8.30pm: Yoga class with one of AY’s fantastic teachers
8.30pm – 9.45pm: 3 course AY feast and a tasting, sampling session from a fab holistic company
9.45pm: Goody bag and home time
How much does it cost?
The price is £37.50
