Time to prepare for bed

Give yourself an hour to sit and rest after your meal. Then enjoy a lovely warm shower or bath. A great way to prepare the body for sleep is with a massage! Luckily you can do it at home with your own two hands by treating your skin to a top to toe application of your favourite body creme or lotion. Not only will your skin feel great but the massage will calm your nervous system, stimulate circulation and create a feeling of relaxation.

As your final activity, indulge in a blissful Yoga Nidra created to truly relax every fibre of your body and switch off the whirring of your mind.
