With day temperatures around 23 degrees at this time of year, allow your body to relax again in the warmth of the sun and let summer last a little bit longer. Enjoy breathing in the fresh mountain air at our luxury kasbah accommodation in the Atlas Mountains.

On your hiking and yoga holiday in the Atlas Mountains, once you set foot on Moroccon soil, everything is included in the price so you don’t have to think about it, unless you fancy a massage or want to go shopping in the fabulous Marrakech markets on your way home.
Start your yoga holiday mornings with 1.5 hours of a dynamic yoga class with asana, pranayama and meditation practices in the morning followed by a delicious breakfast. A guided hike each day with qualified mountain guides will show you around the surrounding mountains and explore local berber culture at nearby villages. After lunch relax with a mint tea and a good book whilst enjoying the stunning mountain views, enjoy one of the two hammams or relax with an in-house massage. Follow this with another two hour restorative yoga practice and then a delicious vegan/ vegetarian dinner in the cosy and beautifully styled Moroccon dining room.
All dietary requirements can be met just let us know beforehand.

About the teacher
Bess teaches a hatha flow based asana practice but comes more from “how does that feel” rather than precise alignment based practices. Connecting the heart to the body and mind through physical movement and the breath and infusing mantra and affirmations in each class be ready to be taken on a transformative journey.View teacher profile

This boutique hotel has 14 en-suite rooms and we are using the deluxe and superior rooms which are large and spacious and have spectacular views.
The rooms are rustic yet comfortable, with simple berber adornments such as hand-woven carpets, blankets, intricate carved woodwork and oleander branch panelled ceilings.

Please make sure you book your flights within the recommended times:
Outward bound flight to arrive before 1pm or 8.20pm
Homeward bound flight to leave after 1pm
This is so that we can arrange 1 group transfer, which will be included in the price. If you arrive outside of these times your transfer will be out of our control and considerably more expensive.
The transfer time to the venue is 90 minutes

Do you have any availability?
Most retreat will show the availability on their specific page. If you are unsure or need to book for a larger group, you can always contact us before placing your order.
Whats the booking process like?
To reserve your space we ask for a £150 (UK) or £250 (abroad) deposit immediately, paid online on the page of the retreat you want to join, or over the phone by credit or debit card. We will then send you out your final invoice, your booking form and ask your room preference. We then ask you to pay the full amount 6 (UK) or 8 (abroad) weeks before the retreat or holiday. You can pay online, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal. Please call 01273 782734 to pay over the phone by debit or credit card. Two weeks before the retreat we will send you your welcome pack via email, and help you iron out any concerns you may have.
How do I pay for my retreat or holiday?
Firstly, pay your deposit online on the page of the retreat or holiday that you would like to book. We will send you a confirmation and your final invoice to pay. You can pay online by card, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal.
I haven’t done much yoga before, can I come?
We have designed our weekends and weeks for people who love yoga, whether they are beginners or have been practising for years. All our teachers are very experienced and are more than capable of adapting the classes to all levels. Our ethos is about being open & friendly, and we set up our business to spread the incredible word of yoga to people who perhaps wouldn’t have gone on a yoga retreat before. So don’t be shy, there is no time like the present to start your journey with yoga.

Do I have to attend all the Yoga sessions?
Of course not, we understand we all want different things. Our two-hour sessions normally also include meditation or mindfulness, so it's worth giving it a go.
