About the yoga
Joining one of Corrina’s yoga classes is a perfect opportunity for a little time to be kind to yourself. Corrina teaches a Hatha based class with a strong focus on the breath. Corrina weaves readings and mindfulness into the practice- aswell as connecting the mind to movement in a way that will allow you to discover yourself in a new way. Corrina’s morning classes are more energising, setting you up for the day, whereas the evening classes have a retorative focus, with time for meditation, yoga nidra and a long savsana.

Our Brecon accommodation is originally a Welsh long house dating back 600 hundred years. In the late 19th century the famousAdmiral Hamilton from the royal Navy used his substantial prize money to create a wonderful Georgian manor house. Since then the most recent family bought the house in the 1950’s and it now has all the comforts of the 21st century but has kept its character from the past six hundred years. The venue sleeps 22 and is luxurious and spacious.
Tall Johns House: This is the main house and the central hub with drawing room and open fire the dining and kitchen area. It is comprised of 11 bedrooms; 3 single rooms, 6 double rooms that are spacious and lovely to share as a couple or with a friend and 3 twin rooms. All are en-suite and the rooms are elegant, light and spacious with large Georgian windows and all the character of the period.
Honey suckle cottage: Honeysuckle Cottage has three bedrooms upstairs – the master bedroom has a superking bed that can be divided to make twins and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a king bed that can also be divided to make twins and an en suite shower room; the third bedroom has two single beds and an en suite shower room. These rooms are all light and airy with glowing wooden floors. Downstairs there is a fourth extra bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower. All bedrooms are provided with plenty of large, fluffy towels, soaps, shampoos and hair-dryer.
Coachman’s is a self-contained cottage with a beautifully decorated and really spacious bedroom with a zip and link super king bed that can also be divided to make twin beds. The handcrafted tongue-and-groove woodwork, the glowing wooden floor and the soft grey and gentle blue colour palette lend the whole room a feeling of tranquility and romance. The en suite high-spec bathroom with bath and power shower is complete with plenty of large, fluffy towels, soaps, shampoos and hair-dryer. The generous windows make the room very light and the outside door onto a tiny balcony overlooking the valley and the Black Mountains beyond is a lovely feature.
