Ros is a bubbly and well loved teacher, known for her inspirational and playful classes which focus on the healing power of the breath and its ability to create space in the body and mind. She is an advanced Forrest yoga teacher who teaches you how to listen to your body and modify the poses to suit what you need in that moment. About the yoga
Our Spring classes in our Norfolk are really special, with natural light coming in to the purpose built, high ceiling yoga shala, you can really start to harness the energy and new beginnings that Spring offers.
On our yoga retreats the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone’s level.
Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity and to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation and relaxation.

This Easter yoga retreat starts from 4pm on Friday, so that you have time to arrive, settle in and relax. The first yoga class starting at 6pm – 8pm followed by dinner. We finish at 12pm on the Monday after the usual morning schedule and breakfast.
- 8am: Hot lemon and ginger and protein snacks pre yoga
- 8am – 8.25am: Silent meditation walk around the grounds
- 8.30am – 10.30am: Morning Yoga & Meditation Class
- 10.30am: Brunch served, vegan / vegetarian, wholesome, healthy, filling, creative
- 11am-1pm: Massages and free time to read and relax
- 1pm – 3.30pm: Saturday – a walk to Hill Fort. Sunday – relax at the venue or try other walks
- 3.30pm – 5.30pm: More treatments to pamper yourself or free time
- 5.30pm – 7.30pm: Evening yoga and meditation class
- 7.40pm : Delicious vegetarian / vegan feast

These luxury en-suite rooms combine a rustic charm with quirky modern twists. They are nestled in a courtyard formation around the Barn which is the yoga, dining and chill-out space. The main barn has underfloor heating throughout, wood burners and big cosy sofas in a living space to relax into.
Each bedroom has original artworks by renowned artist Oliver Barnett, giving each room a unique interpretation of a natural scene creating a perfect harmonious colour balance with the handmade curtains and cushions. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms have their own underfloor heating. They also have super comfortable, extra thick sprung mattresses and high-quality cotton linen.
Twin or double rooms: The rooms are spacious enough for two people to share a room comfortably, with cosy single beds and crisp linen and beautiful en-suite bathrooms that have either a bath or a shower room.
Triple rooms: These rooms have the same thoughtful eco-design as the twin or double rooms but with an extra area which is a day bed for the third person in this lovely triple. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom also.
Single rooms: We have limited single rooms available and they have a single supplement of £150.
We are situated in Norfolk to the east of Kings Lynn. The nearest town is Swaffham, to the South. If you are driving, we send out travel information in the welcome pack.
The train station is Downham Market, 30 minutes from the venue. We offer a complimentary service to arrange taxi share if you catch the recommended train times.

The prices are based on 2 people sharing a room. If you are coming on your own you are welcome to share a twin room with another guest of the same sex, or if you would prefer a room to yourself there is a £150 supplement.

Do you have any availability?
Most retreat will show the availability on their specific page. If you are unsure or need to book for a larger group, you can always contact us before placing your order.
Whats the booking process like?
To reserve your space we ask for a £150 (UK) or £250 (abroad) deposit immediately, paid online on the page of the retreat you want to join, or over the phone by credit or debit card. We will then send you out your final invoice, your booking form and ask your room preference. We then ask you to pay the full amount 6 (UK) or 8 (abroad) weeks before the retreat or holiday. You can pay online, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal. Please call 01273 782734 to pay over the phone by debit or credit card. Two weeks before the retreat we will send you your welcome pack via email, and help you iron out any concerns you may have.
How do I pay for my retreat or holiday?
Firstly, pay your deposit online on the page of the retreat or holiday that you would like to book. We will send you a confirmation and your final invoice to pay. You can pay online by card, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal.
I haven’t done much yoga before, can I come?
We have designed our weekends and weeks for people who love yoga, whether they are beginners or have been practising for years. All our teachers are very experienced and are more than capable of adapting the classes to all levels. Our ethos is about being open & friendly, and we set up our business to spread the incredible word of yoga to people who perhaps wouldn’t have gone on a yoga retreat before. So don’t be shy, there is no time like the present to start your journey with yoga.

Do I have to attend all the Yoga sessions?
Of course not, we understand we all want different things. Our two-hour sessions normally also include meditation or mindfulness, so it's worth giving it a go.
