Midweek yoga retreat and wellness in East Sussex

Stonegate, East Sussex
14 - 16th November 2017 (Tuesday - Thursday, 2 nights)

Have time off in the mid-week and need some relaxation and you time? Try our mid-week yoga retreat to make the most of your time off

The great thing about our mid-week yoga retreats is that you still have the weekend once the retreat ends, so you end up floating home and stay relaxed for longer because you don’t have to switch on your busy head as soon as you leave.  The peace and serenity that you create on the retreat stays with you for longer than on a weekend retreat.

“I didn’t realise how amazing I felt after the mid-week retreat until I got home. I felt so refreshed – it was the combination of the yoga, the delicious food, the beautiful accommodation and sense of being looked after by a really experienced team.” Martin, Editor OmYoga Magazine
