Intermediate Yoga Retreat in Oxfordshire

Thrupp, Oxfordshire
04 - 07th May 2018 (Friday - Monday, 3 nights)

Our Intermediate Retreats offer those with a foundational knowledge of yoga a chance to progress and grow with us in their yoga and spiritual practice.

These Intermediate yoga retreats have been created with our return guests in mind because as they grow, we grow.  We recognise that yoga is everywhere these days and so a lot of you have been practicing yoga for a while now.  These retreats give you the chance to really go deep into your own practice if that is what you are looking for. Enjoy the same level classes so that you can progress together. Be challenged physically but also delve deeper into the yoga philosophy, be more playful and most importantly, give this time to yourself to nurture and re-energise.

About the yoga

Morning Yoga
In these gently energising and strengthening classes you can expect: flow sequences, breath work, and even experimentation into thai yoga massage and partner yoga. The class will end with a deeply restful and soothing meditation and savasana.

Evening Yoga
Allow Chetana to facilitate a deepening and lightening within you, melting away physical and mental tension. Chetana will be teaching a slower class in the evening, with aspects of philosophy and incredible visual meditation, finishing off with an extended yoga nidra and savasana.
