About the yoga

Morning Yoga
After waking and enjoying your silent meditative walk, our Winter morning classes are designed with the intent of cultivating heat within our bodies! In these energising and strengthening classes you can expect: creative flow sequences, core strengthening, warming pranayama (control of breath) practices, and even experimentation into thai yoga massage and partner yoga. The class will end with a deeply restful and soothing meditation and sivasana that will allow you to take time to appreciate the movement  within your body, leaving the class full of vitality (and ready for brunch)!

Evening Yoga
After a calm and restful day walking in the frosty countryside or curling up with a book next to the crackling open fire, our restorative yoga sessions are the perfect opportunity to deeply relax and unwind. Allow Tammy to facilitate a deepening and lightening within you, melting away physical and mental tension. Tammy will be teaching a slower, class in the evening, with aspects of yin, philosophy and incredible visual meditation, finishing off with an extended yoga nidra and savasana.
