We base our prices on two people sharing a room. If you are coming on your own, you are welcome to share a twin room with another guest of the same sex. Single rooms available.

Corrina Levi
Corrina is one of our senior teachers, she is an authentic and thoughtful teacher who strongly believes that yoga is for everyone. In Corrina’s classes you are empowered to listen to and trust your body, she encourages a mindful, inquisitive practice with benefits that extend outside of your yoga class. In Corrina’s classes you can expect an observant Hatha based practice full of somatic inquiry; using your breath to guide you and reawaken parts of yourself you may have previously forgotten about!

On our yoga wellness retreat Oxfordshire, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone’s level.
Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity and to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation and relaxation.

Itinerary
The retreat begins at 4pm on the Friday with time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 8pm. The retreat ends at 3pm on Sunday after a wholesome and hearty lunch.
Daily itinerary
- 7.30am: Hot lemon and ginger and protein snacks pre-yoga
- 8 am: Silent walk in the tranquil surrounding countryside before yoga
- 8.30am – 10.30am: Morning yoga & meditation class
- 10.30am: Brunch served of wholesome warming foods and teas
- 11 am – 5 pm: Free time for walking, 1:1’s, treatments or just relax
- 2.30pm: Hearty and warming lunch
- 5.30pm – 7.30pm: Evening yoga & meditation class
- 7.30pm: Delicious Vegetarian Dinner
- 10 pm: Bedtime!

Our accommodation is a beautiful family owned stately home that has been refurbished to a beautiful standard, staying in keeping with it’s original features. There are no en-suite bedrooms because of this.
There are 10 bedrooms and 8 are twin or double rooms and 2 are single rooms with large double beds for one person or a couple or two friends sharing.
The rooms have a sumptuous, classic feel so you will feel spoilt. Yet it also feels homely so you can completely relax and switch off. They are all spacious, luxuriously decorated in amazing fabrics and have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The house has a huge welcoming lounge with cosy sofas and an open fire. The dining room is light and airy with fabulous views of the grounds. There are fascinating paintings and fresh flowers everywhere.
There are a lot of spaces to relax on your own, the living area, the library, the dining room and all rooms are spacious and some have sofas in for ultimate cosiness.















By Car:
We are near Bicester in Oxfordshire. It takes about 1 hour drive from London. Once you have booked your place with us we will give you the exact address and postcode.
Train:
From London Marylebone station to Bicester North it takes 1hr. Book early for cheaper tickets. It is a comfortable, fast service with no changes. For those coming from other directions please time your train to arrive and depart around the same time as the recommended trains from London so that we can organise taxi share. The retreat is only 15 minutes away and costs about £12-£20 depending on the day (bank holidays are more expensive). We try and group you together to make the taxi a lower cost for you.

The rooms are all beautifully finished to a high standard. Due to the age of the property there are no en-suite bathrooms.

Do you have any availability?
Most retreat will show the availability on their specific page. If you are unsure or need to book for a larger group, you can always contact us before placing your order.
Whats the booking process like?
To reserve your space we ask for a £150 (UK) or £250 (abroad) deposit immediately, paid online on the page of the retreat you want to join, or over the phone by credit or debit card. We will then send you out your final invoice, your booking form and ask your room preference. We then ask you to pay the full amount 6 (UK) or 8 (abroad) weeks before the retreat or holiday. You can pay online, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal. Please call 01273 782734 to pay over the phone by debit or credit card. Two weeks before the retreat we will send you your welcome pack via email, and help you iron out any concerns you may have.
How do I pay for my retreat or holiday?
Firstly, pay your deposit online on the page of the retreat or holiday that you would like to book. We will send you a confirmation and your final invoice to pay. You can pay online by card, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal.
I haven’t done much yoga before, can I come?
We have designed our weekends and weeks for people who love yoga, whether they are beginners or have been practising for years. All our teachers are very experienced and are more than capable of adapting the classes to all levels. Our ethos is about being open & friendly, and we set up our business to spread the incredible word of yoga to people who perhaps wouldn’t have gone on a yoga retreat before. So don’t be shy, there is no time like the present to start your journey with yoga.

Do I have to attend all the Yoga sessions?
Of course not, we understand we all want different things. Our two-hour sessions normally also include meditation or mindfulness, so it's worth giving it a go.
