Join us throughout the year for our yoga wellness retreats Thrupp, Oxfordshire, staying at our Manor house retreat venue. Situated alongside one of the Oxfordshire canal routes, Thrupp is a pretty and thriving hamlet, especially in summer when the canal side comes alive.

In winter, rest and restore and cosy up to the log fires with a good book or journal and in summer, feel energised by canal life, take out a canoe, swim in the private pool or explore nature along the canal and beyond.

Immerse yourself in nature on these retreats and observe the changes of each season. Use this time to reflect on the impermanence of each day and feel gratitude for the now.

Staying at our gorgeous manor house for our yoga and wellness retreats, enjoy the peace that meditation practices bring to you during the silent walk and in the yoga classes, and feel the body loosen and open up with the asana practices.

Enjoy a massage from one of our expert in-house therapists or take time to rest and just be. These weekends are yours to do as much or as little as you like.

About the yoga

Morning Yoga
In these gently energising and strengthening classes you can expect: gentle flow sequences, breath work, mantra and personal inspirations. The class will end with a deeply restful and soothing meditation and savasana.

Evening Yoga
Allow us to facilitate a deepening and lightening within you, melting away physical and mental tension. Enjoy a slower class in the evening, with aspects of yin, finishing off with an extended yoga nidra and savasana.

The rooms at our Manor house retreat are beautifully and newly decorated to a high standard. They are cosy and spacious and have views of the Oxfordshire waterways. Most of the bedrooms share a bathroom.

The house has a cosy and welcoming living room with a large spacious yoga room flooded with light and views of the walled garden.

These are our recommended train times so that we can organise taxi share. If a train is cheaper earlier then book it and you can wait for the taxi share. Booking after means getting your own/sharing another taxi. The retreat is only 4 miles from Oxford Parkway station, so about 10 minutes in a cab.

Do you have any availability?

Most retreat will show the availability on their specific page. If you are unsure or need to book for a larger group, you can always contact us before placing your order.

Whats the booking process like?

To reserve your space we ask for a £150 (UK) or £250 (abroad) deposit immediately, paid online on the page of the retreat you want to join, or over the phone by credit or debit card. We will then send you out your final invoice, your booking form and ask your room preference. We then ask you to pay the full amount 6 (UK) or 8 (abroad) weeks before the retreat or holiday. You can pay online, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal. Please call 01273 782734 to pay over the phone by debit or credit card. Two weeks before the retreat we will send you your welcome pack via email, and help you iron out any concerns you may have.

How do I pay for my retreat or holiday?

Firstly, pay your deposit online on the page of the retreat or holiday that you would like to book. We will send you a confirmation and your final invoice to pay. You can pay online by card, by bank transfer or Paypal but we add the 3.6% charge incurred by Paypal.

I haven’t done much yoga before, can I come?

We have designed our weekends and weeks for people who love yoga, whether they are beginners or have been practising for years. All our teachers are very experienced and are more than capable of adapting the classes to all levels. Our ethos is about being open & friendly, and we set up our business to spread the incredible word of yoga to people who perhaps wouldn’t have gone on a yoga retreat before. So don’t be shy, there is no time like the present to start your journey with yoga.

What is included in the price of a yoga holiday?

Do I have to attend all the Yoga sessions?

Of course not, we understand we all want different things. Our two-hour sessions normally also include meditation or mindfulness, so it's worth giving it a go.
