Self-Care Virtual Retreat 27th June 2020

After a successful first Virtual Retreat in May, we are back for our next one!

Join our experienced yoga teachers and chef Amy, Jessamin and Tanya for a day dedicated to you. Focusing on self-care, what it is and how you can create a greater relationship with the concept of loving and looking after yourself.

You can expect two nourishing yoga classes, live cooking sessions, insightful workshops, time for fun and creativity, self-care tips, guided meditations and much more!

There’s plenty of screen down-time in between classes to relax, enjoy the natural products you have made in the afternoon workshop, go for a walk, or whatever it is you like to do to unwind.

Prepared to bliss out with your evening yoga session and when it’s time to go to bed, tune in to a Yoga Nidra from Amy to send you into a calm and deep sleep.
