Join us for a 1 and 1/2 day Virtual Retreat! Aimed at lifting your spirits and creating a feeling of positivity, focus and empowerment!
Amy, Nafia and Louise will be blending the perfect mix of uplifting yoga, nurturing food, inspiring workshops and feel-good activities all within one interactive virtual retreat experience. Held through a combination of interactive environments, we have tried to create a retreat that feels fulfilling without you spending all your time on Zoom! We have a mix of pre-recorded tutorials, live zoom classes and workshops, recipe cards and of course a private Facebook group to communicate and receive all the information from.
Lift Your Spirits Virtual Retreat will create a space for you to look forwards with a positive mindset. After what has felt like a heavy start to the year, let’s have some fun and reconnect with taking back control of our own destiny!

Yoga Teacher
Amy’s style of teaching comes from a place of nurturing. She wants you to feel free to explore the capabilities of your own body, respect your boundaries and learn how to heal and protect it. By blending strong, grounded hatha practises with the freedom found in Scaravelli and vinyasa she believes that each practise can help create the perfect balance between flexibility and stability in both body and mind.

With a flare for the colourful, Nafias culinary creations are as beautiful as they are absolutely delicious! Nutritionally balanced, plant-based and from the heart you will leave each meal feeling satisfied in every way.
Yoga Teacher
Louise is a warm and enlightening teacher who uses yoga to help you feel good! Louise has spent time in India, where she studied and practiced yoga extensively- training to teach vinyasa flow in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Will I need Facebook?
Yes, all of the information for the day and communication will take place via the private Facebook group.
If I can not make a bit of the day can I have access to it another time?
The yoga and cookery classes will be recorded so if you can not make them, we can send it to you after. The workshop will NOT be recorded as it is interactive and a safe space for people to share if they wish to do so.
If there are more than one in my household that wishes to join, do we need to buy two places?
Yes, and no. You do not have to buy two places if you will be sharing a computer for the day. However, we ask that if it is financially viable for you to do so it would be greatly appreciated if you did as a way of supporting the retreat team at this time.
When will I receive the ingredients for the cookery class and recipes?
You will receive the ingredients lists in an email shortly after booking so that you have plenty of time to get what you need. The lists will also go into the Facebook page.
When will the Facebook group be available?
The Facebook group will become available one week before the start of the retreat, opening on the 20th of February.
Do I have to be interactive and talk?
No! Please, feel free to join in as much or as little as you wish throughout the retreat!
What is the latest I can book to join?
You will be able to book up to 6 am on the 27th of February. However, booking early will give you plenty of time to get prepared with any food shopping for your cookery classes.
