Chef Cosi’s love for food started early, her earliest memories are of sitting on the counter, as her mum whipped up a storm in the kitchen. Tasting anything that was offered, this is when she says her taste buds grew. Growing up in Austria understandably desserts are one of Cosi‘s specialities and where her passion for flavour combinations comes from. This and the days she would spend in the kitchen with her mum, going to the fridge, and creating something delicious from the ingredients they found.
To some people food is fuel, but to Cosi food is a source of pleasure, connection and healing. Being a student of Ayurveda, Cosi has spent years understanding the physical healing powers certain food can have on our bodies. What makes Cosi’s food special, is that she is not only passionate about food tasting good, but that food nurtures the body as well.
