After the year that we have all had, it’s time to re-treat yourself with a healthy, relaxing and stress-busting UK yoga retreat in the Oxfordshire countryside.

August at our Bicester venue is a special treat, as it’s usually a wedding venue so we have a 3-night retreat just for you. With stunning single rooms on offer, stunning grounds and lots of space inside and outside, re-connect to you, to others and share experiences in person instead of online in a safe and healthy way.

We love to share our Bicester retreat venue with you and it is well-loved by our guests for it’s grand, yet incredibly homely feel. Family-owned, it is no surprise it feels cosy yet sumptuous.

After 3 days of yoga (outside weather permitting), healthy vegan food, fresh air, wonderful sleep and socially distanced sharing of life with new faces of people who share the same common interests, feel revived, positive, connected, energised and ready for ‘the next phase’ whatever that may be.

Corrina Levi

Corrina is one of our senior teachers, she is an authentic and thoughtful teacher who strongly believes that yoga is for everyone. In Corrina's classes you are empowered to listen to and trust your body, she encourages a mindful, inquisitive practice with benefits that extend outside of your yoga class. In Corrina's classes you can expect an observant Hatha based practice full of somatic inquiry; using your breath to guide you and reawaken parts of yourself you may have previously forgotten about!

About the yoga

On our Bicester wellness yoga retreat the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone’s level.

Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity and to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation and relaxation.

About the food

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan / vegetarian company and so expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch and 2 course evening meal. Each meal will have the right balance of protein, vegetables and carbohydrates to keep you energised all day. If not, please ask the chef for more we never like our guests to go hungry!

Mhairi MacLeod

Originally having grown up in the North-East of Scotland, Mhairi now travels as a plant-based chef and on our retreats she allows the food to complement the atmosphere and the experience that is being offered to the guests.

Itinerary

On our Bicester wellness yoga retreat, they all begin at 5pm with time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6pm.  Dinner will be served at 8.00pm.  The retreat ends at 11am on the Monday.
