Situated alongside one of the Oxfordshire canal routes, Thrupp is a pretty and thriving hamlet and in autumn enjoy a slower pace of life. There are lots of walks either along the canal or in the surrounding woodlands to meander along and enjoy the changing of the seasons.
With lots of space and reduced numbers on this yoga retreat in Oxfordshire, there is ample room to feel like you can relax at this time in your lives.
A large yoga space with wall to wall patio doors for light and ventilation, enjoy yoga with the wood burner on to make it super cosy.
Start the day with a silent walk along the canal, followed by energising morning yoga and then relax! Enjoy evening yoga at a slower pace and delicious organic vegan food.

Alicia originally trained in Ashtanga yoga and has subsequently studied with traditional Hatha yoga teachers as well as theming creative sequencing for vinyasa flow classes. Alicia loves to include philosophy, poetry, pranayama, and meditation in her classes and to bring lightness and playfulness wherever possible.
On our autumn yoga retreat Oxfordshire in November, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone’s level.
This autumn we have reduced the group size so there is a lot of space in our light and breezy yoga shala and it is well ventilated with lots of patio doors to open straight into the shala and well heated.

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan/vegetarian company! Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and a 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energised all day.
Our food is now 100% organic and locally sourced and we and our chefs are working towards reducing plastic and waste as much as possible.

Not only is it a great location it is also a beautiful part of the world with it’s rolling hills and scenic canals and woodlands. We have two venues – one for the autumn winter and one for spring summer.
Autumn/ Winter retreats Come and stay with us near Bicester. A family owned manor house, it is surrounded by countryside with no neighbours all around. Relax at the retreat or explore the local area on foot and enjoy the views
Spring/Summer retreats Thrupp is a pretty canalside village located to the north of Kidlington on the Oxford Canal Our retreat here is situated right on the canal, so you can enjoy the relaxed bustling vibes of canal life. Take a stroll along the canal, walk into the woods, visit the tea room for a naughty snack or relax in our private walled garden.
On our autumn yoga retreat Oxfordshire arrival time is from 3pm with the first class at 5pm – 7pm, followed by dinner at 7pm.
The retreat ends at 12pm on Sunday.
