Retreat to the Oxfordshire countryside and escape for the weekend on our autumn recharge yoga retreat. Our Bicester yoga retreat venue is well loved by our guests for it’s grand, yet incredibly homely feel. Autumn is the ideal time to go on a yoga weekend, as it is the changing of the seasons, time to go inwards and to nourish body and mind in preparation for winter. And, you don’t need an excuse to curl up with a good book by the open fire!
We have reduced the group size in order to maintain the safety measures and social distancing guidelines, so you can feel safe and can relax and rejuvenate.
Relax with hatha yoga, yin yoga and yoga Nidra, as well as meditation and breathwork. Enjoy incredible meals lovingly prepared by our talented chefs and served as a community, optional holistic treatments to soothe your body and guided walks of the local countryside; you are guaranteed to leave feeling energised, a little lighter, and grateful to yourself for taking some time away.

Over the 13 years that AY has been organising our bespoke retreats, we have always made sure that we work with exceptional yoga teachers who are dedicated to their practice and live and breathe yoga, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you will be inspired, relaxed and tensions dissolved by the end of your retreat with us.
On our autumn recharge yoga wellness retreat, Bicester, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone’s level.
Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity and to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation and relaxation.

This autumn recharge yoga wellness retreat in Bicester is suitable for anyone who'd like a weekend away to nourish and energise with wellness, healthy food and Yoga. Beginners are welcome as well as all ages.

Not only is it a great location it is also a beautiful part of the world with it’s rolling hills and scenic canals and woodlands. We have two venues – one for the autumn winter and one for spring summer.
Autumn/ Winter retreats Come and stay with us near Bicester. A family owned manor house, it is surrounded by countryside with no neighbours all around. Relax at the retreat or explore the local area on foot and enjoy the views
Spring/Summer retreats Thrupp is a pretty canalside village located to the north of Kidlington on the Oxford Canal Our retreat here is situated right on the canal, so you can enjoy the relaxed bustling vibes of canal life. Take a stroll along the canal, walk into the woods, visit the tea room for a naughty snack or relax in our private walled garden.
On our Bicester wellness yoga retreat, they all begin at 4pm with time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 8.00pm. The retreat ends at 3pm on the Sunday.
