Join us for the end of summer for some beach life, blissful coastal walks on our Autumn yoga retreat Cornwall.  Based near St Agnes and Perranporth try to surf one day and sunset yoga another in these stunning locations. We will be enjoying exploring sections of the coastal path, taking in the views of hidden coves and beaches. This area is known for its outstanding natural beauty and from the TV series Poldark, so imagine a dramatic coastline with crashing waves and stunning beaches.

Our Autumn yoga retreat Cornwall is very popular. After your morning yoga practice in our COVID secure yoga space, you can enjoy relaxing at our gorgeous pad, or venture out to the coastal walks or try something a little more adventurous; Surfing, kayaking and horse riding to name a few of the activities we have on offer. We take Coronavirus seriously. We have reduced numbers to 9 guests to allow for social distancing and we have safety measures and extra hygiene and sanitation in place for your wellbeing. Take a look at our COVID hub for more info on our safety measures.

This venue has some shared bathrooms and some en-suite – we are limiting shared bathrooms to 2 – 3 people and have a cleaning rota visible to you.

A twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. ONLY book the twin/double room if you are two people from the same household or are two friends/family who are happy to share. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability.

Amy Williams

Amy’s style of teaching comes from a place of nurturing. She wants you to feel free to explore the capabilities of your own body, respect your boundaries and learn how to heal and protect it. By blending strong, grounded hatha practises with the freedom found in Scaravelli and vinyasa she believes that each practise can help create the perfect balance between flexibility and stability in both body and mind.

About the yoga

Morning Class
Due to coronavirus we are having to split the yoga classes into two sessions with 5 and 4 people in each class to allow for social distancing. These yoga classes will help you unwind and let go of stress from this crazy year.

Evening Class
After your day surfing, exploring, walking, surfing, kayaking or relaxing at the beach, return to the shala to unwind and relax tired bodies with a restorative evening yoga class. This gentle 1.15 hour yoga class will vary each evening and include pranayama and meditation to help mind and body really let go and allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation.

About the food

Enjoy a wholesome brunch post-yoga. There will be the choice of a savory dish for extra protein plus porridge, yogurt, cereals, bread, and jams.

Lunch will be a light snack of soup and salad and dinner will be a 2 course vegan and vegetarian feast.

For now, we are no longer doing self-service buffet-style for hygiene purposes.  Your food will be plated for you by our karma yogi or chef.

With a flare for the colourful, Nafias culinary creations are as beautiful as they are absolutely delicious! Nutritionally balanced, plant-based and from the heart you will leave each meal feeling satisfied in every way.


This Autumn Yoga Retreat in Cornwall is suitable for anyone who is a complete novice or is an expert. If you prefer not to get in the water that is ok, this is also suited to people who prefer dry land and wish to enjoy the scenery!

There is plenty to see and do in Cornwall, or you can just relax at our gorgeous venue and enjoy the 2 outdoor hot tubs, have a massage and restore with our team.


Your yoga retreat starts from 4pm with the first yoga class at 5pm. The retreat follows the schedule below. It finishes at 10am on the Monday.

The Midweek retreat starts from 4pm and finishes at 10am on the last day

You can stay for the whole week.

We send out our welcome pack closer to the time with the most up to date way of running our retreats. Things may change suddenly due to the government guidelines and the yoga teacher will go through this with you on arrival so that our COVID secure operations are clear.

7.30am - 8.45am
First 1.15hr yoga class to energise for the day

9am - 10.15am
Second 1.15hr yoga class to energise for the day

9am and 10.15am
Brunch served of wholesome warming foods and teas

10.30am - 4.30pm
Free time for activities, walks, massage, or just relax at the venue. Packed lunch provided

4.30pm - 5.45pm
First 1.15hr evening yoga & meditation class

Delicious Vegetarian/vegan 2 course dinner
