Late May is the perfect time to enjoy our yoga retreat Norfolk. The sun and warmth of spring has arrived and has given the grounds of this stunning venue time to flourish so that it radiates colours of lush green, sparkling blue from the lake, reds, oranges and purples of the wild flowers throughout.
We love it here and have been running our yoga retreats here for 10 years! The rooms are luxurious twin rooms all eco friendly and sustainably built with love. The pool is now available to all or just relax by the lake, take out a row boat or have a sleep in your beautiful rooms.
Three nights and four days of complete relaxation, mixed in with four hours of yoga and meditation a day; energising walks and great food, feel refreshed and ready for summer.

Morning yoga on your yoga retreat Norfolk: During your yoga retreat Norfolk, you will be treated to 2x 2-hour classes a day. Enjoy an energising flow class in the morning to increase flexibility and strength while making you feel relaxed, leaving plenty of time for meditation and savasana. Get what you need from each class by going inward and rally listen to your inner voice and wisdom so that you can nourish and revive in the individual way that you need.
Evening yoga on your yoga retreat Norfolk: The evening yoga class will be more restorative finding yourself in longer holds, allowing the body to open up in it’s own time. Feel grounded, calm and nourished from the evening practice.
End of your yoga retreat Norfolk: You will return home after having shed some layers of tension, stress, toxins, stiffness to becoming softer in body and mind, more loving towards yourself and others and energised after the deep rest you have given yourself permission to do.

This yoga retreat Norfolk is suitable for anyone who'd like a weekend away with wellness, healthy food and Yoga. Beginners are welcome as well as all ages.
Men & Women
The yoga retreat starts from 4pm on the Friday, so that you can settle in and relax before the yoga class that starts at 6pm – 8pm and then dinner. Arrive when you can on Friday. We finish at 12pm on the Monday after the usual morning schedule and breakfast.
