Feel the need to get away for the New Year? Want to completely unwind, immerse yourself in your yoga practice and soak up some tranquillity? Join us at our East Sussex retreat to kick back, relax, stretch out the Christmas excesses and enjoy the company of new friends. Our New Year retreats are very popular and we have been running them since 2007 to bring you the best combination of celebration and peace to welcome in the New Year.
Our retreats are wonderful in the winter with the silent walks to the sunrise, yoga classes, delicious wholesome, warming and nourishing healthy food and healing treatments. For New Year we offer a setting intention workshop to let go of what isn’t needed from the previous year and what you would like to create in the new year. There’s a special evening schedule to see in the New Year with the setting of intentions, meditation, a delicious vegetarian feast, and dancing.
These retreats are perfect for those who want to get away from the usual New Year celebrations, feel healthy, alive and set positive intentions for the year ahead. These retreats are alcohol-free over New Year. You can really start the new year feeling a healthy buzz naturally.
The retreat begins from 4pm on the 30th December with time to settle in before the first yoga class at 5.30pm. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm. For the new year we indulge in a 4-course supper with mocktails and canapes for that extra special evening. We bring our own AdventureYogi chefs with us who all have their own individual flair and genius to produce high-quality vegetarian dishes. We offer fresh, local, seasonal and nutritious meals.
