Emily began her yoga journey when performing as a competing athlete for Hertfordshire in the 800 metres, as she developed shin splints and needed to improve overall strength and flexibility. What she wasn’t expecting was the peace of mind that yoga brought her too. With a love of sport and a love of wellness, she decided to train with Fringe Yoga so that she could share these experiences with others.
She then decided to further her development from a sports perspective and train with Manchester United and City Yoga teacher Sarah Ramsden on her Yoga for Sports Yoga Teacher Training Course.
With these two complementary pieces of training under her belt, she has developed her own style which is a mindful alignment-based Vinyasa Flow, to strengthen the body and create freedom and flexibility in the body, whilst using mindfulness and meditation to help soften modern lives.
