Jen Munden

Jen’s yoga journey started when she was searching for something to help with her mental wellbeing. Within a month of her first class, she booked onto her yoga training in California and the rest is history as they say.
Since then she has shared her love for yoga and mindfulness through teaching Hatha flow, focusing on breathing and setting intentions. Creating a space for nourishment is one of Jen’s main focuses, a place where you can be fully present. To her, yoga is for everyone and everybody, and there as a tool to help improve your state of mind. If you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, there’s always something to challenge yourself with whether it’s something more fiery or calming.
Jen loves learning about our bodies, anatomy, and takes workshops when she can. Her next goal is to get her training in Yin and Teen yoga. She has experience in group classes, more private settings, corporate locations in London, and most recently taught surfers in Morocco. Surfing is now her newfound love so any chance you get she loves to chat about it, oh and the ocean, oh and dogs, even more so puppies. Based in Kent, she likes to go walking and running when she can, all balanced out by her love for cooking up Italian food.
