Laura’s yoga journey began in 2009, when she started to practice with yoga DVDs with the hopes of getting rock hard abs!

Since then, her practice has evolved away from just the physical and is focused on finding physical and mental balance. She is originally from St.Louis, Missouri, USA, and earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2015. Since then, she has taught in gyms, studios, and abroad in India and Thailand. In 2017, she earned her 300-hour certification in Rishikesh, India.

Laura believes that yoga is for everyone and provides great tools to utilise in your everyday life an promote optimum wellness. She hopes to encourage others to discover the awesome benefits of yoga and critically think about the role of yoga in modern life. Practice doesn’t make perfect- it just makes better!
